有很多:study是及物动词,这里肯定用错了;hope to do这样的句式不怎么用的,最好用从句形式;for an example典型的语病,应去掉an;example在后面的定语从句中的成分在意思上是不对的,即不能用说例子旨在提高农场工人的权益;a NPO应该是an NPO;另外,这整个主语都是有问题的,the effective counter-measures 和an NPO之间是什么关系?同位语还是修饰?;practise主语应该是人,这里应该改为被动式;the environment of present policy system是中国英语,相当累赘,建议改为the political environment
