Dear Manager,
I do apologized about that I wasn't present at your meeting yesterday.Because my son had got a serious fever suddenly.And the doctor said he had got the flu h1n1.As you kown,I was separated to avoid contact with.And now,I am still in the hospital,and just what I can do now is to write this letter to infrom you about my situation.
I really hope that you could forgive me.Don't worry about me,if I'm OK,I will go back to company after 7 days.
