1. 在你卧室门后面,中心词是门后面,那自然是behind the door ,是你的卧室,所以再加一个定语限制这个门,就成了behind the door in your room .通常英语里面是先小地点再到大地点的
2. of your class 是所属的关系,女孩是属于你们班的,不是别人班的.也可以用the beautiful girl in your class,不过in your class是表示地点而已,女孩只是现在在你们教室,不一定是你们的学生
3. on the tree也可以指在树上.是指树上本来就有的东西,比如果实,花等.
举例：The apples are on the tree.苹果在树上.
in the tree也可以说在树上.是指本身不属于树的东西藏在树里面了.比如人或动物爬到了树上.
举例：The cat is in the tree.猫在树上.
