I spend half an hour in doing exercise every day. And I think it isreally necessary to take exercise. There is nodoubt that exercise plays an important role in our daily life.
For one thing, exercise regularly has great effects on being a strongman. Also, exercise can help you keep slim. Nowadays, due to the increasing ofthe lives’ level, some people eat much and don’t like take part in sportsactivities. As a result, more and more people become fat. They manage to loseweight by taking pills rather than do exercise. Those pills have bad effects ontheir bodies. As we all known, nothing is more important than health.Therefore, doing exercise is not only the effective way to lose weight, butalso the most safety way.
For another, as for students,Doing exercise can help us relax. The badminton is one of my favorite sports,it makes me happy and healthy. So do exercise everyday. You will realizethat it's not hard to stay in good health.
