是上海市劳动合同范本里的两句话,我写在员工信息登记表中.英文对照实在搞不定.
1.乙方确认,甲方有关文书在无法直接送达给乙方的情形下（包括但不限于乙方拒收、下落不明等情形）,乙方在本合同中填写的住址为甲方邮寄送达地址.
2.乙方同意,在其处于联系障碍状态（包括但不限于乙方因病住院、丧失人身自由等情形）时,委托合同首部的“紧急状态联系人”作为乙方的受委托人,该受委托人享有接受和解与调解,代领、签收相关文书的权限.

1.Party B confirms that the address provided herein shall be the mailing address to which Party A deliver related documents if the same cannot be serviced directly to Party B (including but not limited to the condition that Party B refuses the same or his/her whereabouts is unknown).
2.Party B agrees that in case of communication difficulties (including but not limited to the condition that Party B is hospitalized or has lost personal freedom),the "emergency contact person" at the beginning of the contract of mandate shall be Party B's attorney,who shall have the authority to accept amicable settlement or intermediation as well as to receive and sign on related documents.
