First,give a subject to all.
Second,let all people talk about the subject.
Third,ask the question and query the answer for the subject and take down the valueable talks.
The content should be include the things which you wanted.And take it easy and then then let all the people in the meeting feel free .Try to let the people tell what they think and what you wanted.
