答案是that is needed
我选the thing needed.我觉得我的也可以对啊,all the thing needed可以当一个独立主格结构,needed被动表示all the thing被需要啊,为什么不对呢?
PS.突然有点恍悟,是不是因为独立主格结构只在句子中作状语不作主语?
如果是的话,那么all the thing needed算是独立主格吗?all the thing是不是算一个名词?

all the thing不是一个名词, 名词只有一个单词.

此题答案that is needed, 是考查定从, All为先行词时,定从用that引导.

不能选the thing needed, 原因有二:
thing 为可数名词,与All连用时,必须用复数,即:All the things.
但如改成All the things needed后, 又与后面的is主谓不一致了,
因此the thing(s) needed不正确.
