School is a big homeland, class is a family, in school we can learn a lot.
The school life is very happy, you can make many inside of good friends, we can learn the independence, grow up can help mom and dad.
So, the sucoollife is very happy
Normally, I get up at 7 o'clock, I say seven, but actuall I always struggle to wake up, so I say I get up at 7:10. After I wake up, I fold my futon or quilt and brush my teeth and wash my face. As there is little time in the morning, I usually boiled one or two eggs in advance. So, apparently, eggs turn out to be my breakfast. Since my home is near my school, so I can just walk there by foot in 15 minutes.
At school, nothing is very special. I listen to lectures in the class and try to be 100% concentrating on the instructors. I believe when you try to learn as much as possible in class, it will save a lot of efforts in the future. During the class break, I may talk to my friend about some anecdotes or jokes, or play trick on them. Anyway, class break is the period that allow us to relax ourself and to be prepared to next lecture. After that, having lunch, listening to lectures and go home.
I feel the school life in china is not very interesting because there are so many madatory courses that we have to take, which means the more class we take, the less leisure time we have. WIth less spare time, we lose a lot of fun, like watching movies, playing sports, exercise and so on. We have paid to much attention on our "memorizational eduacation system", and from my perspective it shouldn't be. The school should provide more activities which will enable us to learn different aspects on the society and promote a better friendship with each other.
I reach school at about 7：00 everyday
Then I get ready for the reading exercise.
At seven forty I'll have the first class of a day .It is very important to listen to the teacher.
It is the most excitising moment when the class is over ,I hurry to get out of the classroom to join my frends to play sports.
When there is no teacher in the classroom,I'll make good use of the time to do my homework.
I enjoy the friendship among my friends and I enjoy the excitising moments I have had.
In a word my school life is so colourful that I will never forget !
Happy Life at School
Catherine Wang arrived in the UK in January 1999. In order to develop and extend her English language skills, she spent the first few months at Sherborne International College. Then she joined Aldenham to take a two-year‘A’level course, which will enable her to enter a British university.
Catherine found that the emphasis on maths and science in China had equipped her well for two of her“A” levels----maths and physics. To challenge① her imagination, she chose art as her third subject. She said it was quite rewarding② and challenging.
Although Catherine left a little, lonely at first, she said she was very grateful for the friendliness shown to her by the teachers at Aldenham.
Catherine has found the international mix of cultures very refreshing③.As well as making friends, both boys and girls from a number of cultures, Catherine found it comforting to meet other Chinese pupils at the school.
The house facilities④include a separate girls' sitting room and the use of a kitchen, though, she said the school food was good.
She is a hard working pupil and values the opportunity to study in England. She hopes her results will enable her parents to be proud of her achievements. Catherine plans to study at a leading university in the UK before returning to China to work.
Summing up her time at the school, Catherine said,“I have been very happy at Aldenham and I know I will never forget the experience. I have learnt a great deal from the English culture and my English has improved enormously⑤. The school has been good at recognizing the needs of foreign students. For example, we went out as a crowd last week to celebrate the Chinese New Year. It was great.”
