2. all but one 的意思是"除了一个之外的所有“,其概念是复数的,后面要用are
后面的 all已经不是指的前面出现的那些人了,而是是一切都进行顺利,有”情况“的意思.
3. compare 经常是用被动语态的,经常是什么被什么比较,除非主语是人的时候（人可以主动的去比较,物体没有自己比较的能力） 所以要用 compared to, 你选comparing 就表示主动的独立主格结构.
