顺便说下,FOB 术语在最新发布的 INCOTERMS 2010 中已经做了对应修改（比如,不再是从船舷划分风险了）.另外建议原文的“前者”“后者”（对应翻译为 the former,the latter）最好能明确指出,过多使用指代会造成混淆,不符合英文表述习惯.
