(1) The applied mode of transport is different.The former is applicable for maritime and inland waterway transport,and the latter is applicable for any mode of transport.
(2)交货地点和风险转移界限不同.前者交货地点在转运港码头,风险划分界限为装运港船舷.后者交货地点为出口国某一指定地点,风险划分界限为货交承运人.
(2) The place of delivery and the transfer of risk is different.The former is to be delivered at port of transfer,for which the risk is divided at shipboard of port of shipment,and the latter is to be delivered at the named delivery place of exporting country,for which the risk passes when the goods are handed over to the first carrier.
(3)装卸费用负担不同.前者关于装卸费和卸货费有贸易术语的变形,后者术语本身已经很明确,无需变形.
(3) The duty of loading/unloading charges is different.Trade terms regarding loading/unloading charges for the former,expansion terms are applied,and there is no necessary for any expansion regarding to the terms for the latter,which are properly and precisely described.

原文应该是关于 INCOTERMS 2000 本人给出的对应翻译如上供参考,其中有些表达是直接参照了 INCOTERMS 的原文.
顺便说下,FOB 术语在最新发布的 INCOTERMS 2010 中已经做了对应修改(比如,不再是从船舷划分风险了).另外建议原文的“前者”“后者”(对应翻译为 the former,the latter)最好能明确指出,过多使用指代会造成混淆,不符合英文表述习惯.
