My hometown YanTai is a beautiful place.It lies in the east of Shandong Province.It surrounded by green mountains.There is no heavy traffic in YanTai,and the air here is very fresh.So we can often breathe fresh air in YanTai.
In the past my hometown was poor,and people led a hard life.They couldn’t afford to send their children to school.But ,great changes have taken place in my hometown in the past twenty years.Many families .have not only color TV sets,but also telephones,fridges,computers,and so on.New roads,houses,schools,hospitals have been built.People in my hometown are working hard for a better life.
Besides,there is a special fruit-coconut.The juice of coconut is very sweet.We all love it.So YanTai has another name.It comes from coconut.It’s the city of coconut.
Summeron Mount YanTai is very cool.It can' be called a huge natural air-conditioner in summer; Winter here is nice,too.Heavy snow falls every year.There is a popular saying:"Mount YanTai in summer is green like a clear fountain,and in winter is white like a white jade."
At last,I want to tell you that YanTai is developing very quickly,people here are friendly.If you come here,they will welcome you with their delicious dishes.YanTai is a beautiful place with resplendent sunshine,nice beaches,delicious food,famous scenic spots,friendly people.They all hope that you can come here.
