Hi, Fans,I am testing the capactiy check for a storage type with SUT check activated. The following is the result:capacity check method = 2 or 4,Bin total capacity defined,Material palletzation defined, it should be smaller than Material palletazation,Result:system only put one pallet in a bin although there is many capacity rest in this bin, the system will find another bin to put the rest pallets and always one pallet one bin, why?The second question: How to define the data in bin and material master data when capacity check method =3 in storage type definition? I tried, it doesn`t work.many thanks,Cathy

you forgot to give numbers,this would make the situation much clearer.However,you use Strategy L for empty spaces,you said that system puts a pallet into the bin but then it does not put more into this bin.Isnt that logical?then bin is now occupied,not empty as your strategy requires.Further you do not allow to add to existing stock of the same material.This is another reason that you cannot put more into the same bin.Your bins should not be bigger in size than just one pallet to fit the strategy.查看原帖>>
