2. C 这里考察一个所属关系,有些国家水资源丰富,有些国家缺水,还有在这之间的国家.没有特指,所以用不到another 和 any other.
3. A 他把精力平分给每一个爱好.to是介词,后面接宾语,C/D不对,anyone任何一个,也不合适.
