nothing,= not anything,侧重在“有还是没有任何东西”,只指代“物”,不可指人；
none ( of sth/ sb) ,侧重在‘多少?“,一点东西也没有,或一个人也没有.可指代人和物.
e.g.1.--- Is there anything in the bottle?
--- No,nothing at all.没有,啥也没有.
2.---How much water is there in the bottle?
--- None = There isn't any water...一点水都没有.
--- A little/ Little/ Much.还有点/ 快没有了/ 还有很多（水）
3.---- Is anybody in the classroom now?
----Nobody.All have gone to the playground.没人.他们都去操场了.
4.---How many students are in the classroom now?教室里还有多少学生?
---- None.一个也没有.
