这个不是在讲就近原则 你可以变动一下位置
There are many clothing stores in front of the square
广场前面有许多服装店.
此时in front of the square是修饰关系的
就近原则是这样的：
There are many apples and chocolate on the table
桌子上有许多苹果和巧克力.
就近法则 和 table 无关
和apple 和 chocolate 有关.
There is chocolate and many apples
chocolate代表巧克力是不可数名词 用is
chocolate巧克力糖是可数的
