不能.上面的句子中“then”表示“那时,当时”,整句的意思是“因为某种原因,当时不能使用了,但是去年,又重新恢复了使用”
如果句号放在then前面了,then再做“那时”解时,和last year就重复了,句法不对,如果做“那么”解,和后面的“但是”意思是矛盾的
