1.大部分人应该泛指, a majority of更合适, 如果你后面再有说明这一大部分人怎样,才能用定冠词.
然后这个句子应该用一般现在时, regarded 改成regard
2.taking exercise 这里exercise是不可数名词不能用复数. taking其实是正确的.不过去掉不是更简洁吗?
impact是名词,前面的benefit应该改成形容词beneficial
one’s health (healthy是形容词,放在one's后面错了
