So,it is necessary for us to know what is volunteer.The volunteer is that a person do something for another who need help.Of course,we support them for free.Briefly,We should be helpful to people.
Now,we need to know something about the spirit of volunteer`s sever.First,they should have skill and willing to help people.Second,we must be honest and goodness.Last but not least the spirit is willing to pay.
