deposit表示委托保管时,后面跟 in 和 with 意思虽然接近,但介词宾语各有不同.
1、及物动词：由人充当主语
to deposit sth.with sb.（介词宾语为人）,表示“某人把某物委托他人保管”,如：
* They will deposit the funds with a broker 他们将把资金抵押在经纪人处.
to deposit sth.in somewhere（介词宾语为处所）,表示“某人把某物存放在他人之处”,如：
