Firstly,a better communication will be made when interviewer and interviewee can talk face to face.They can know each other well.Secondly interviewer can introduce some details for the job to interviewee,for instance what does the work do,the conditions of getting the job and the salary.Thirdly interviewee can also have the chance to make a good impression on interviewer.Interviewee can show his education background and the ability to work with fully confidence.
As far as I concerned,if you could pay attention to these things,you will have a wonderful interview
