原句就是这个 选项是no error..但是我老觉得 他都用了reported 了 那后面不是也应该用过去时的吗?为什么这样可以呢
后面怎么用 are 呢

前面的“据说” 是说的过去的形式.但后面的are,注意观察still 别忽略这个词,是说“仍然”,有持续的状态,所以 用are
