关于电池片（翻译是cell），成品仓库每星期都会做一次内部盘点，并且定期会定期由其他部门进行盘点以及入库出库数据核对。
这次的电池片混淆（翻译是Cell mix-up）也是在8月3日盘点中发现的。原因是8月1日的数据也计算成了7月31日的数据，造成数据重复录入，我们做了及时更改并上报。对此造成的不便表示十分歉意。

How do you do!I am the writer of this mail,and for the mail titles which you have mentioned,I couldn't agree more.Thank you very much for your advice.
About the cells,finished goods warehouse will make an internal checking each week,and will also be checked by other department with in& out of storage data verification at regular intervals.
The Cell mix-up this time was discovered in the checkings on August 3.Because the data of August 1 was calculated as the that of July 31,which caused the repeated data input.We have corrected and reported in time.I appologize for the inconvenience that has been caused to you.
