is called/ be cleaned 是被动语态,被叫做/被清洁
called 和 is called 本质分别不大,因为名字是被起的,已经被叫过了,所以两个都可以.
如果是其它,比如cleaned 和 be cleaned 就有区别了
I cleaned room.我打扫了房间
The room is cleaned by me.房间被我打扫了.
也可以省略成：The room is cleaned.房间被打扫了
