Rapid Chinese economy development after 30 years' reforming and opening has created a great number of successful manager.According on my real experience,a successful manager has such qualities as being creative,ambitious,target-focused,persevering,and striving spirit.But as for the quality of honesty and integrity,some managers do well,while others just hunt for the benefit of enterprise,regardless of social responsibility and morality.For example,some food companies add hazardous substances in the food,completely ignoring the health of people.
