In my view,health always attach great importance to us.It's because that health can affect our work.If we are always sick,we won't have energy to do anything.And therefore,we should form some good habits to keep healthy.
Take a simple example of me.In order to have a strong body,I usually do sports in the sparing time.I like playing basketball so I will spare all my effort to play in the sport class.In addtion,I go to bed as early as I can so that Ican have enough energy to study.So I can study well.
In conclusion,to be a healthy child should need lots of good habits,such as having an balanced diet and doing more exercises.The most important thing is that if you feel ill,go to see the doctor at first,which can reduce the possiblity of sickness.If you like,having an apple everyday is a good choice as well.
