我的答案：Dear visa officer,hello,first of all thank you for your supplied parts and XXX for the applicant,valid visa issued by XXX.But two of the application is submitted,the permanent resident family five years visa for many times,do you what causes two applicant didn't get multiple visa for five years and only get one year visa?
