爱岗敬业是能做好工作的关键,爱岗敬业就是要做好本职工作,把一点一滴的小事做好.在认真做好份内工作的同时,我还主动承担了部门内部的许多工作,收集各类申请文件,打印机维护等.
在公司内部提倡5S管理以后,我积极配合领导,制定了部门内部5S管理计划.在实施计划后这半年以来,严格要求自己,每个月均被评为5S先进个人,另外部门内部员工也加深了对5S的了解,并在公司每月的考核中取得了不菲的成绩.
为啥都是机翻译呢？

Loving one's work is the key factor to have the work well done,including small cases.While I was doing my own work,I'm also volunteered to share other works within my department,such as apply for the stationery,collect kinds of application documents,printer maintainance,etc.
After the company implemented the "5S" management,I'm actively coopertated with the directors and made the "5S" management plan of my department.Since then,I'm more strict to myself and won the "5S" star every month.And the other staff in my department also understood the "5S" better and better,and also behaved very well in the evaluation.
