Nowadays, computers play an important role in people"s life. More and more people go online for
information, knowledge, or fun. Using computers is a must skill for modern life And Internet brings
convenience and other advantages to people, like quick messages, saving time, no limit of places and

However, spending too much time online may bring disadvantages First, it will do harm to people"s
health. It may lead to diseases in your eyes, neck, heart, waist and soon. And having little time to do
