Recently I have conducted a survey on taking a nap after lunch in my school. Most of
the students have the habit of sleeping for a while at noon. The majority prefer to take a
nap around 13:00 and it usually lasts for about 50 minutes. They often choose to sleep in
the dormitory instead of at home or in the classroom. When it comes to the benefits of
taking a nap, they all agree that it does some good to their health. As we know, with a nap
after noon, one can feel refreshed and energetic enough to study more efficiently in the
afternoon.
