Britain and collectors even have their own magazine, International Telephone Cards. One reason for
their interest is that cards from around the world come in a wide variety of different and often very
attractive designs. There are 100,000 different cards in Japan alone, and there you can put your own

friend. They tell your friend what is important to you. By sharing them, you help your friends know you
better.
Sooner or later everyone needs understanding and help with a problem. Something may go wrong at
school. Talking about the problem can make it easier to solve. Turning to a friend can be a first step in
solving the problem. So to be a friend you must listen and understand. You must try to put yourself in your
friend’s place, so you can understand the problem better.

How are you? I hope everything is getting on well with you.
I returned to my home on the morning of September 28th, at 2 am. I am so
sorry for not calling you as soon as I came back home.
I have been allowed to stay at home for two days (from September 29th to
September 30th) to have a rest. The Chinese National Day is on October 1st. We
have a seven-day off for National Day holiday. I will stay at home to have a
good rest.

in England in summer, too. It is neither too hot nor too cold. Now it is still very
